The company has been collecting surveys about its online patient education platform as part of a research initiative to identify effective web-based education methodologies and to help further the concepts of patient-centric health care.

Satisfaction surveys of 3000 patients who received web based education about their upcoming surgical procedure through Info-Surge revealed the following:
